The apartment was new, had views on the mountains. The host was always available. Rooms here were equipped with a lovely big bed and a nice shower, as example. Everything was perfect and met needs, I would recommend this place.

avilia suites was an absolute gem in fethiye! the modern and thoughtfully designed building, friendly owners, and convenient amenities exceeded my expectations. the pool and gym were posh, and the kitchen had everything i needed. the location was great, just a short walk to the beach and new town. highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay in Fethiye just next door to the coast line, and restaurants, shops, money exchange kiosks, parking, banks and. For safety measures it had safe. The staff was affable and incredible all the time...

Beautiful modern building, with thoughtful amenities such as pictures on the walls and two lounge areas. Friendly and easy-going owners who provided helpful advice and early check-ins. Good location near the promenade and new town, with a convenient dolmus stop nearby. Posh pool and well-equipped gym. Well-stocked kitchen with good appliances. Lovely view from the balcony overlooking the pool. Friendly and accommodating staff.

There were multi-channel television, a sitting area, and a study table in my double room, enjoyed it. The hotel has great and stunning location just next door to restaurants.

We had an amazing stay at a charming boutique property with exceptional hospitality. The owner, who is a professional trainer, created a fantastic gym for guests. Wifi was decent and nearby, there were plenty of restaurants and the marina was easily accessible. We absolutely loved this place and would definitely return. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

This hotel is top-notch. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and plenty of amenities. The bathroom is also impressive, with a large shower and lots of hot water. The property is very secure and has great lighting and plugs near the beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for places to eat. The location is perfect, right next to the seafront and plenty of excellent restaurants. The outside pool is fantastic, perfect for sunbathing and cooling off. The gym is fully functional with lots of equipment. a beautiful, cozy, and well-located hotel.

Had an awesome time here over Christmas! The rooms were stylish and comfy, with everything brand new. The pool and outdoor area were super relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The staff were amazing, giving us top-notch service. The location was spot-on, just a couple of minutes from the beach promenade and tons of delicious restaurants. And best of all, the property management was always super attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Big kudos to Onur and Ozgur for their hospitality and great recommendations!

The apartment was modern and immaculate, with a beautiful kitchen and a spacious walk-in shower. The pool was perfect for cooling off, and we always found loungers available. The hosts, Onur and Ozgur, were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with a list of great places to eat and things to do nearby. We felt so welcome during our entire stay.
